TLS Anilox GmbH provides high-quality, innovative anilox rolls and anilox roll sleeves with solutions in the printing and coating industry that are customized for the customer.
To provide optimum consultation, you will receive a technical analysis on site. We check your anilox roll stock and propose alternatives that will help you optimize your printing process.
In a second step, we produce your customized screen roller according to drawing. We are talking about productions in the ranges of 50 mm to a maximum of 4500 mm bale width.
At the same time, we also offer a portfolio of laser engravings, which can be used in various fields of application such as flexible packaging, labels & tags, corrugated cardboard and offset printing.
With our recently installed laser engraving systems, we are also able to realize alternative laser engraving patterns. At our production site in Salzkotten, we also have the possibility to clean your anilox rolls with a state-of-the-art ultrasonic cleaning system and with the latest measuring instruments we are able to determine precisely the actual remaining dip volume for you.
